This policy explains what information Mary Beth Sales ("I," "me" or "my") collects through themarybeth.com, how it is used and the choices you have. By using this website, you agree to this policy.
Information you give me
When you send a message through the contact form, I collect your first and last name, email address, phone number (if you add one), the reason you are reaching out, any deadline you share and your message. If you email me directly, I receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, the companies that host and deliver this site keep standard technical logs, such as your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you visit, to keep the site running securely. This site does not use advertising cookies or track you across other websites.
How I use your information
- To reply to your inquiry about speaking, hosting, public relations, consulting, events or media requests
- To schedule calls, prepare proposals and manage any work we agree to do together

- To keep the website secure and working properly
I do not sell or rent your personal information, and I do not add you to a mailing list without your permission.
Who helps me run this site
I use trusted service providers that process information on my behalf: Vercel hosts the website, Supabase stores contact form messages and Google Workspace delivers message alerts and keeps a record of inquiries. Fonts on this site are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads. These providers may only use your information to provide their services to me. I may also share information when the law requires it or to protect my rights and safety.
How long I keep it
I keep inquiries and correspondence for as long as they are useful for our working relationship and my business records, then delete them. You can ask me to delete your information sooner at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you by emailing PR@TheMaryBeth.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, and I will honor those requests as the law requires.
Security
I use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, so please do not send highly sensitive information through the contact form.
Children
This website is intended for adults. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent me information, email me and I will delete it.
